Cinzano is an Italian brand of vermouth. It is available as Cinzano Rosso, which is red and sweet, and Cinzano Bianco, which is white and dryer . There is also an authentically dry version, Cinzano Extra Dry, as well as rosé, lemon and orange versions. It has been made since 1757. The Cinzano company, once owned by the Marone family of Turin industrialists (ennobled by King Victor Emmanuel III as the counts Marone-Cinzano when the heir of the Marone family married the younger daughter of the King of Spain) is now owned by the Campari group.
